At Global Disciples, we want our work to be conceived, birthed, and carried out in prayer. God does the impossible when His people pray. We’ve seen it happen and we’ll see it again! Through prayer, you can be an influential partner in the work of Global Disciples as you stand with us in prayer for all God is doing through us.
The power of prayer isn’t in the words you utter. It’s not about what you pray or even how you pray. Prayer can be defined as talking to God, but it is much more than that. Prayer is an act of Worship that glorifies God and reinforces our need for Him.
5 Ways You Can Get Involved with Prayer

Daily Prayer Focus
Set your alarm for either 9:38 AM/PM as a reminder to PRAY. Jesus instructed us to pray in Matthew 9:38 to “Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field”. What a beautiful reminder to pray for those who have yet to hear the Good news of Jesus Christ.

Monthly Prayer Calendar
Every Month we email out a prayer calendar with daily prayer requests for what God is doing in Africa, Asia and Latin America among least-reached people and the global challenges of world mission.

First Friday Prayer
The First Friday of each month is a day of prayer and fasting among Global Disciples staff, training directors, Foundation members, board members, and intercessory teams. We would love it if you were able to join us.

Global Prayer Movement
Join Intercessors around the world in praying for the Kingdom to come. Signup for a specific hour of prayer each month to focus on praying for least-reached people around the world.

Canadian Prayer Team
Once a month our Canadian prayer team meet online to pray for the various needs and challenges facing our brothers and sisters that we serve around the world.
