It’s inclusive of both genders. in fact, recognizing the vital role women play in evangelism and discipleship is crucial in our efforts to reach the least-reached communities effectively. Female disciples possess unique strengths, perspectives, and giftings. These can break down barriers, foster genuine connections, and help establish thriving communities of believers.

For example, in one least-reached region, a group of women trained by Global Disciples Canada has taken the initiative to establish literacy classes for female community members. These classes provide opportunities for sharing the Gospel in a context that is relevant and accessible.

Empowering and engaging women as vital agents of discipleship and mission work requires more than just providing leadership training. We must create opportunites where women are encouraged to discover and utilize their spiritual giftings for the Kingdom of God.

Global Disciples Canada is a Christian mission organization that trains local leaders living near to reach least-reached communities to multiply disciples for Christ.
