Does Our Multiplication Model Work? YES!
The task of reaching the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ is huge, and the number of traditional mission workers and resources are limited. That’s why we take a different approach to the Great Commission, providing clusters of churches with a training model that is reproducible and locally sustained.
Since 2008, we’ve seen 26,958 church plants and 600,755 people make decisions to follow Jesus Christ. We serve 3,135 discipleship-mission, small business, and leadership programs, and out of these programs we have seen 136,260 disciple-makers and leaders trained and sent out to plant churches in least-reached areas.
In 2023 we saw 13,530 disciple-makers trained, 61,741 new believers worshiping in local fellowships, and 2,996 new churches planted in just one year!

Meet Jitu*, he directs leadership training and discipleship-mission training near his home in Nepal.
“I give thanks to God and Global Disciples,” Jitu reported. “Since we started our leadership training in 2011, we’ve trained 675 leaders, pastors, and church planters.” He’s seen tremendous growth as they reach out and share the Good News of Jesus.
Through the discipleship-mission training, he’s trained 6 groups of disciple-makers, averaging about 15 participants per group, and so far, they’ve planted 32 churches in nine different areas of Nepal. The leadership program has multiplied too – planting another 27 churches.
With prayer, persistence, and a God-given vision to reach those still waiting for the Gospel, Jitu and those he serves are seeing the Lord do great things in their area of Nepal.

If a disciple of Jesus is defined as one who is “learning from Jesus how to lead my life as He would lead my life if He were I,” we must ask ourselves, “Is that me? Have I chosen that? And if I have chosen it, what am I doing to carry through with it? And how am I inviting others along on that journey with me?"
Discipleship is not for the church; the church is for discipleship. And discipleship is for the world. But we can’t do the things Jesus said without learning to act in God’s power – the Spirit is indispensable. We have to stop trusting ourselves and what we manage and manipulate and learn to trust God.
How are you living a life of discipleship?
An evangelist located in Southeast Asia visits a small fellowship regularly. He reported that even with all the difficulties, this group of people go out regularly to share the Good News of Jesus with others.
To have discipleship-mission training would be a tremendous help for these communities of Christ followers, like this group in South East Asia. They’re eager to have the tools to multiply the Body of Christ, to make and nurture disciples of Jesus, and to plant new churches. Despite hardship, opposition, limited resources, and many other hurdles, they’re ready to reach 38 people groups that are still without the glorious Good News of Jesus in that region.
Let’s do our part—as we pray for them and work together to accomplish the Great Commission.
